Information and contact
ArchPrime is the owner of this website. Contact Sagi Ajaj at sagi@archprime.co about your information or an audit request.
The audit-request button opens your email app. It does not submit an online form. You choose what to send, such as your name, work email, business website, and a description of the calls you want to protect. Please do not send customer contact details, recordings, or sensitive data. We use your message to review your enquiry, reply, and manage the follow-up you requested. Emailing does not enroll you in a newsletter.
Services and measurement
Cloudflare delivers this website and handles standard security and delivery logs. Email arrives in ArchPrime’s Google Workspace mailbox. If you choose the separate scheduling link, Calendly handles your booking under its own privacy notice.
The revenue scorecard calculates in your browser. Its inputs and results are not submitted to ArchPrime. Custom scorecard and form tracking are disabled in this email-based release. CRM synchronization and automated confirmation emails are not connected. A future online form or additional service workflow will need an updated notice before it is enabled.
Retention
We keep email correspondence while handling your enquiry and any resulting relationship. This email-based release does not use the dormant online-form database retention schedule. Provider security logs and mailbox backups follow the applicable service settings; this notice does not promise immediate deletion from backups or a fixed period we have not verified.
Deletion requests
Email sagi@archprime.co from the address used for your enquiry to request access, correction, or deletion. ArchPrime reviews the request and the correspondence it holds. If you booked through Calendly, mention that booking so relevant copies can be reviewed too. No automatic cross-service deletion or fixed response deadline is promised here.
